Is Trek N Explore free?

Yes! Trek N Explore is free to download and use. All core features — radar, chat, SOS, pools — are available at no cost.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. You can choose immediate deletion or a 14-day grace period. See our Data Deletion page for details.

Is my location always visible?

No. Your location is only shared while you're actively using the app. You can also disable radar visibility in Settings. After 10 minutes of inactivity, your location is removed.

How does the SOS feature work?

When you trigger SOS, all nearby users on the radar receive an alert with your location. It's designed for genuine emergencies. Always call local emergency services (112/911) first.
